Lazy Sunday.

Well, I certainly didn't get that sleep in! But that's ok, it's been quite a lovely day today. Emily has been running around out the back, kicking the ball with her daddy. She loves being outside, which makes it very hard to entertain her when the weather isn't so great. Which has been a fair bit lately!

I finally got around to making the chicken filo parcels that I've been wanting for the last few nights. We had them for lunch. Delicious! I was halfway through eating when I realised I should have taken a photo so I could share it with you! See, still got to get my head around this whole blogging thing, hehe.

Next time we have them (and there most definitely will be a next time, yum) I will have to post some pics and a "guessipe" (didn't measure anything out). I'll leave you drooling with your own visualisation of them.

Chicken breast stuffed with spinach and grated cheese, wrapped in filo pastry. Mmmm. VERY easy to make. Even got two very enthusiastic thumbs up from hubby.

Would you look at the time!

Wow, time flies when you're playing with templates and settings and HTML! Just got to get everything perfect! Who knew that all these pretty things could be so time consuming. Well, I better head off to bed before the sun comes up! Wonder if hubby will let me have a sleep in? Haha

Well, my first ever blog post! I've just decided to start my own blog, after much doubt in my mind that I'd have anything to say that was worth reading! But, hey, I'll have a go at it!
So, tonight I've been playing around with my template design. What do you think? I love that kind of scrapbook feel.

Anyway, a little about me! I'm a stay at home wife/mum to a beautiful, very energetic little girl, and also have another little girl due in January. So I thought this blog could be a kind of journal of my adventure in mummyhood with two little princesses! So follow me in my journey if you wish, although, I can't guarantee I'll be very entertaining (assuming I remember to post on here haha) but I'll try!
